Rating 110/100% , Customer Service, Solutions, Result. Flooring was delayed at our end, but Fowles stocked the materials once the deposit was paid. (What a relief because previous colour-choice had gone out of stock by Supplier.) Jai, my flooring contact, could not have been more friendly, patient (!), understanding and welcoming all the way along, efficient and it was not logistically easy to work out the various rooms' floorplan. Installation by Dean of KO Flooring was excellent 100/100 also, worked like a Trojan, he's a very fast man! and very enjoyable company around the house while working . Highest recommendations for these lovely people who transform the area they work in, both with the product and their personalities, that's the bonus. A very professional outfit is Fowles. Highest recommendation. It's been a pleasure. Thank you, everyone involved.

We had some issues initially but they were handled professionally and promptly and we are extremely happy with our replacement carpet. Many thanks to all the team and a special shout out to Ally for her time and advice and Julian the installer.Highly recommended.
